Targets we aim for
These are the service levels we work toward across all Metadologie products. Specific terms — including remedies — are agreed per contract and depend on plan, region, and integration scope.
Uptime target
Monthly uptime aim per app, measured outside scheduled maintenance and Salesforce platform downtime. Eligible plans may receive service credits where defined contractually.
Support response
We aim for first response within 4 business hours for P1 issues and 24 hours for P2. Coverage windows vary by support plan and region.
Critical patch target
Our goal is to patch verified security and P1 production issues within 72 hours. Actual timing depends on complexity and dependency on third-party fixes.
Follow-the-sun coverage
Two offices, two timezones. Seattle and Jaipur hand off business-hour support where the plan includes 24×7 coverage. Best-effort outside contracted windows.
